In patients with normal nasal bone structure and flat nose back, the procedures performed to correct the disfigurements (asymmetry, size, width, low ness) at the tip of the nose alone are type plasty surgeries.
It is a suitable surgery for selected patients. Even a slight protrusion on the back of the nose can sometimes become more pronounced only when the tip of the nose is changed. A slight curvature of the nasal axiom can create a more crooked appearance after this nose tip aesthetic surgery. Therefore, the nose is dealt with with all aesthetic units and it is more accurate to perform rhinoplasty surgery if intervention is required other than nose tip aesthetics.
Nose tip aesthetics can be performed under local anesthesia and last for an average of one hour. It doesn't require tampons or plaster. Since the bone is not interfered with, swelling and bruising are almost non-existent and the recovery process is about a week.
